The house has 3 double bedrooms currently occupied by the live in landlord plus one other tenant. The house itself has a large bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower and comfortable shared living room and kitchen.
The bedroom has a double bed with headboard, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror and clothes rail.
Would suit a professional person (no students) 35 upwards looking for a friendly, comfortable home, we share dinner and a bottle of wine from time to time. Females only and no students.
Available 1st June, the rent includes bills (broadband, council tax, electric, gas, water, Netflix).
The house is situated in Canton on a lovely road close to the high street which has all the amenities you need. It's a 20 / 25 minute walk to the city centre and on a main bus route. 5 mins drive to A48 or M4. Females only and no students please.
