We have a room in 2 bed flat in city centre for rent easy walking distance for both of the universities (approx 2-5 mins). Council tax band A (for professionals).
Perfectly located if you need to be in St. Andrews too, which is just 30mins bus journey away. Olympia is also just 10 minuets from the front door if you’re into the gym scene. If not the city centre is just a minutes walk away, which is full of shops, bars, restaurants all for your convenience and fun.
There is a front door entry system. The flat benefits from double glazing, gas heating .and a shower over bath.
