Looking for a buddy up for a clean cozy house

I'm a 29 year old, she/they.
I've lived in Bristol for 2 years & I'm looking to find a place to call home.
I work outside of the house most days from 9-5. When I'm home I'm usually recharging & watching some comfort show.
My budget is 650-700, obviously the less the better but for the right house maybe I could push to a bit more.
I'm looking to move around August/September but I'm flexible. The areas I'm interested in are St Werburghs, Old market, Montpelier, Eastville, Easton maybe on or near Gloucester road(?)... open to suggestions but not interested in Clifton.
I'm looking for 1 other person to share a 2 bed house with. I'm looking for someone who is clean & wants to make our house look nice & cozy & is happy to take on half the responsibilities of cleaning/maintenance etc... without being chased or reminded.
I have a boyfriend who is respectful & clean & will be around sometime & it's important to me that you're ok with this, obviously I'm also ok with you having friends or partners around. Also I will be away at my partners sometimes so you'll get the house to yourself.
I'm happy for us to throw parties once in a while, but not looking to live in a party house, in fact usually when I'm home I want to recharge & rest.
